I moved from Shenzhen, China, to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2003. Before moving to California, I worked as a legal adviser for the Industrial Bank of China, where I developed strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to analyze complex situations.
After relocating, I earned my MBA and worked as a tax CPA at one of the largest public accounting firms. My background in law, finance, and taxation has provided me with valuable skills that I now bring to my real estate career. I understand that buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, and I strive to provide my clients with thoughtful advice and careful guidance throughout the process.
My interest in real estate began when friends and family started asking for my advice about properties as the market improved. I enjoyed helping them evaluate their options and make informed decisions, which inspired me to pursue real estate professionally.
