My sister Savina Briggs inspired me to pursue a career in real estate. I’ve watched her become successful in real estate as a part-time agent while being a full-time employee at UCSF. Watching her make an impact in so many of her clients lives, I was inspired to do the same.
Finally graduating from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, I started to think about what’s next? No longer spending my time studying and turning in assignments. What do I want to start putting my time into? And I chose real estate, because I want to continue learning and to be able to share my knowledge with my clients.
I chose Sequoia because I want to be a part of a community that is building wealth through real estate. Not only as agents, but helping buyers and sellers do the same. I know being an agent will be rewarding, because I’ll be a part of someone’s process in making their dreams come true.
The ability to make myself available and work around the clock. Also going the extra mile for my clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our interactions.
Marketing Skills from classes I’ve taken at CSUEB. Social skills from my job at UC Berkeley, having to talk to different people from all different types of backgrounds, and levels of management. Also as an event planner, having to send out correspondences and being in contact with third-party vendors.
Resourceful, Optimistic, Reliable.
Meeting new people from different backgrounds and being able to help them achieve their goals. I’m also excited to explore the Bay Area with my clients. While being out in different areas looking at homes, I know I will discover places that I’ve never seen or heard of before.
You can find me spending quality time with friends and family.
Discovering local restaurants and trying new food from different cultures.
I’ve also started to find recipes of my favorite foods to teach myself how to cook them.
I’ve recently acquired a new hobby of going to the gym to stay active and motivated to be healthy.
My sister inspires me a lot personally and professionally. She always encourages me to DREAM BIG and to find new ways to reach my highest potential.
Oakland, because I grew up in Oakland. My entire family lives in the Bay Area, therefore I don’t see myself moving out of state and the Bay Area is one of the most beautiful places to live in my opinion.
