DESCRIBE YOUR JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE.
Everyone is in search of freedom and that can mean so many things to different people, but I believe that real estate is the greatest vehicle to obtain that. For me that freedom is the freedom to spend quality time with my family and the freedom to control my destiny with this one life that we have on this blue ball–for the people that mean the most to you in your life, they don’t put too much weight on what you know or what you have accomplished, but rather how you’ve made them feel. No one on their death bed ever said they wished they worked more. In real estate whether you are practicing professionally in the industry, an investor, landlord, residential, commercial, etc. real estate is the most stable long term bridge you must build to reaching your freedom to “fill in the blank.” It’s not just for you its for the next generation and the generation after them–we all live on this blue ball and God isn’t making any more of it.
DOES ANYTHING FROM YOUR PREVIOUS JOB HELP YOU AS AN AGENT?
As a personal trainer and fitness coach, the ability to listen and formulate what the clients needs are can help me as a real estate professional.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT AS AN AGENT?
I offer not only my fiduciary duty but to provide the utmost best service through this process that will be one of the best experiences you will have in real estate.
WHAT MOST EXCITES YOU ABOUT YOUR WORK?
What most excites me abut my work is to have an impactful relationship with my clients.
WHAT ARE THREE WORDS YOUR CLIENTS WOULD USE TO DESCRIBE YOU?
Caring, Thoughtful, Beyond
WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?
If I’m not working, I am either with my family at the park or outdoors, visiting a local winery with my wife, at the gym, or hosting friends.
WHO INSPIRES YOU AND WHY?
Personally, my daughter inspires me because she learns so fast she can adapt fairly quickly for her age, and she has so much going for her. Overall I’m excited for the person that she will grow into. Career-wise, my broker Kelvin: a family man, business owner, mentor, his involvement with his colleagues and community. He seems to be able to fit what is most important to him in his life–an overall well-balanced individual.
WHAT ARE THE FIVE THINGS YOU CANNOT DO WITHOUT?
My wife – she’s me best friend. My fanny pack–after having a daughter I always find myself having extra things in my pocket. Board shorts–versatile for the water, dinner, and the gym. Coffee – its not the caffeine but more ritualistic along with its health benefits as I can do with decaf as well. My glasses–until I get Lasik surgery again.
WHAT IS THE NICEST THING ANYONE EVER SAID TO YOU?
“You really do care about me”– I think most people in the service industry especially customers have an expectation but if you can go just a little further then it really means a lot more than just a transaction.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO A 5-YEAR-OLD CHILD IF HE OR SHE ASKED YOU WHAT THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS?
The purpose of life is to live it exactly the way you want to live it and to share what you can to the rest so that others can enjoy life as well.
WHAT IS ONE OF YOUR DREAM VACATIONS?
Spend more time in Thailand to learn the culture. The same goes for Italy, which I’ve only visited once, along with Spain which I have never been.
