Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I have always valued building meaningful relationships and providing a useful service to my community at every opportunity. As a result, I have successfully helped over 500 families with real estate and mortgage transactions throughout my career.

With significant experience working with a variety of property types, I am able to expertly navigate single-family and multi-family transactions in addition to investment properties, rehabs, and much more. Leveraging a well-rounded skill set, I offer invaluable insights that place you in the unique position of having the expertise of a specialist, along with big-idea thinking and an unparalleled level of execution.

Having built a successful business completely through referrals and repeat business, I consider myself extremely blessed. While many real estate agents concentrate most of their efforts on obtaining new listings, I personally love working with a diverse clientele comprising buyers, sellers, and investors. From the initial conversations to close and beyond, I strive to be the first person my clients call for guidance.

As a native San Franciscan that was born and raised in San Francisco, I also offer the added value of having literally spent a lifetime learning the nuances of the city and connecting with its vibrant communities. Having sold homes throughout the city’s many distinct neighborhoods, I am continually at the forefront of the current market.

Through the years, as the price of real estate has increased in the city, it has been bittersweet helping many of my closest friends and family members relocate to the surrounding Bay Area. The silver lining is that it has allowed me to expand my service radius beyond San Francisco.

Whether a client is looking to stay in the city, move to the East Bay or move down to the Peninsula, I empower my clients with in-depth knowledge gleaned from all of these unique experiences. More importantly, I can skillfully weigh each Bay Area location in terms of its pros and cons in relation to schools, commutes, personal needs, and more.

WHAT IS SOMETHING DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR SERVICE??

I have a strong background in real estate financing. For the first 12 years of my real estate career, I worked simultaneously as a mortgage broker to help with my clients’ financing needs. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness, I eventually transitioned to become a full-time real estate agent. Although I no longer personally handle the financing portion of a transaction, the knowledge that I gained as a mortgage broker still remains an invaluable asset to my clients.

DO YOU SPEAK/READ/WRITE OTHER LANGUAGES?

In addition to English, I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. I also have significant experience with international clients.

WHERE DID YOU GO TO SCHOOL/COLLEGE AND WHAT DID YOU STUDY?

I obtained a degree from the University of California Berkeley in Applied Mathematics in Computer Science. This technical background translates well into real estate, where I am able to employ a data driven, analytical approach that benefits my clients every step of the way.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES?

I find balance by pairing real estate endeavors with quality time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and exploring different parts of the world, learning about different cultures, and trying new and exciting food at every opportunity. I also have 9 Chinchillas (Smokie, Gold Finger, Coco, Toastie, FireCracker, just to name a few).
