TELL US ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE. WHY DID YOU BECOME A REAL ESTATE AGENT?

My journey into real estate started early, watching my parents use house hacking to reduce their living costs and build stability. That experience showed me how powerful real estate can be - not just for owning a home, but for creating financial freedom.

In 2016, I purchased my first property and rented it out to cover the mortgage. I continued using similar strategies to acquire additional properties, building a portfolio and eventually securing a home for myself. Along the way, I also worked in handyman and construction roles, gaining hands-on experience that gave me a deeper understanding of renovations, property value, and what it takes to build and improve a home.

As I gained experience, I wanted more control and a deeper understanding of the process, which led me to become a licensed real estate agent. Today, I combine personal investing experience with industry knowledge to help clients confidently buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

 

If you are new to real estate, does anything from your previous job help you as an agent?

I still consider myself fairly new to the real estate industry, but my previous work experiences have played a big role in shaping the way I serve my clients today. Through different roles, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills that naturally carry over into real estate.

Working in fast-paced and client-focused environments has taught me how to understand people’s needs, build trust, and guide them through important decisions with confidence. Overall, the combination of those experiences has helped me create a solid foundation for delivering a smooth and supportive real estate experience.

 

Which areas do you focus on?

I primarily focus on single family homes, but that's all changing as i progress into the real estate industry, I ultimately want to be extremely knowledgeable in all departments.
 
 

Do you specialize in a specific city or cities?

I specifically look in areas from SF down the peninsula but I also do browse occasionally all around the Bay Area.
 
 

Why choose you vs. another agent? What do you offer that other agents don’t? What makes you stand out?

What sets me apart is my approach—I’m not here to “sell” you a home, I’m here to represent your best interest. When I work with clients, I put myself in your position and look at every property through your lens, asking, “Would this truly make sense for me?” Whether it’s a forever home or an investment, I believe in guiding you toward the right decision, not just any decision.

I’m genuinely passionate about what real estate can do for people, especially when it comes to long-term value and financial freedom. That means I’ll always be honest and transparent—if it’s not something I would personally move forward with, I’ll tell you. My goal is to make sure you feel confident, informed, and never pressured throughout the entire process.

 

What would you say to a 5- year-old child if he or she asked you what the purpose of life is?

If a five-year-old asked me what the purpose of life is, I’d say it’s to enjoy it, be happy, and feel free. It’s about doing what you love, being kind to others, and growing into the best version of yourself. Life shouldn’t feel like something you have to suffer through - it should feel like something you get to experience.
