TELL US ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE. WHY DID YOU BECOME A REAL ESTATE AGENT?
My wife and I embarked on our real estate journey in 2015 when we invested in our first duplex in the city. Since then, we've gained valuable experience in property valuation, purchasing, management, and renovations. In 2018, we expanded our portfolio with a triplex in Noe Valley, honing our skills in negotiation during competitive markets, managing long-term tenants, and executing full gut renovations.
After our latest project, we're excited to share our knowledge and experience with others looking to invest in the San Francisco real estate market. Our genuine desire is to see our clients succeed in their real estate endeavors.
How long have you been in the real estate industry?
We’ve been investing in real estate for 9 years and are eager to take the next step in our journey. Our experiences have provided us with valuable insights, and we look forward to helping others achieve their real estate goals.
If you are new to real estate, does anything from your previous job help you as an agent?
I have experience managing small teams as a project manager, facilitating projects with tight turnaround times. Our background in real estate investing has kept us well-versed in tenant laws, building codes, and loan requirements. We’ve built strong relationships with bankers, agents, contractors, inspectors, designers, and architects.
Which areas do you focus on?
Our primary focus will be on single-family homes and small multifamily properties (2-4 units). We believe these types of properties offer unique opportunities for both investors and homeowners. With our experience and knowledge of the market, we aim to help clients navigate the nuances of purchasing and managing these properties, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their investment goals.
Do you specialize in a specific city or cities?
We specialize in the San Francisco real estate market, leveraging our lifelong knowledge of the city. Having been born and raised here, we understand the unique characteristics of each district, allowing us to effectively guide clients in their property investments.

Where do you live now, and where have you lived? What did you study? Do you speak another language?
I’ve lived in various neighborhoods across San Francisco, including Chinatown, Visitation Valley, Sunset/Lakeshore, Potrero Hill, and Excelsior. I studied electrical engineering at UC Davis, during which I also lived in Davis, Sacramento, and Vacaville.
What do you look for in a neighborhood?
I value pleasant weather, wide streets, and local businesses within walking distance. Communities enriched by nearby schools, parks, and accessible transportation options. Proximity to shopping malls, golf courses, and recreation centers enhances the overall lifestyle.
What Bay Area city would you like to live in and why?
San Francisco is a vibrant city that offers a rich mix of cultures, unique character, a variety of businesses, and entertainment options. Its beautiful parks and stunning views, combined with a mild climate year-round, make it one of the most desirable cities in the world.
What are the five things you cannot live without?
My wife, family, friends, the gym, and money.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
I enjoy spending time at City Sports gym, playing at TPC Harding Park golf course, cycling throughout the city, or hanging out with friends and family on the pickleball court.
Who inspires you and why?
My wife is a constant source of inspiration, encouraging me to strive for personal growth and pursue my dreams. Her unwavering support motivates me to not only achieve my goals but also to give back to our family, friends, and the community. Together, we aim to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us, fostering connections and helping others realize their potential.
What is one of your dream vacations?
My dream vacation is to Japan, where I would immerse myself in the rich culture, enjoy exquisite cuisine, and explore stunning landscapes, from the vibrant streets of Tokyo to the serene beauty of the countryside.
What magical power would you want to have?
The magical power I would love to have is the ability to fly. The freedom of soaring through the skies, experiencing breathtaking views, and escaping the confines of the ground would be exhilarating and transformative.
