WHY CHOOSE YOU VS. ANOTHER AGENT?
Recently I had my listing in Castro Valley sell over asking. I listed it at $1.8 mill and we sold it at $2.15 mil. I will always go that extra step to get the highest
for my sellers. On my recent offer accepted I got my buyers into their dream home in Oakland. We were up against a multiple offer situation and we won
even though our offer wasn’t the highest I made sure to get their loan fully underwritten so that we can waive the loan contingency and go in with a very
strong term and offer.
