DESCRIBE YOUR JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE.
I first took interest in real estate around 2006 and when I was looking to purchase my own home. To educate myself, I started by attending seminars and classes targeted towards first time home buyers. My goal at the time was to buy my first home with my fiance, who is now my wife. When I first started on the journey, I had no idea about how the home buying process worked or if homeownership was even a possibility for my family. But through education, dedication and patience, my wife and I were able to purchase our first home less than a year after homeownership became a thought. Along the way, I learned so many things about the home buying process that I felt inclined to continue my education. The more I learned, the more I realized I really liked Real Estate and that I could see myself doing this as a full time job. I first started as a loan officer to learn the ins and outs of mortgages but soon after, I realized I wanted to do something more interactive with people. That’s when I decided to obtain my Real Estate license so I could share my knowledge and help others with their Real Estate needs. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher of sorts and being a real estate agent is in many ways. I am able to educate and guide my clients in with their Real Estate needs. Even to this day, l learn something new everyday and I am glad to be able to pass on my experiences to my clients through my work. I happily share my knowledge so that my clients can make well informed decisions about buying, selling or investing in Real Estate.
