My real estate journey sparked when I was transitioning jobs between two tech companies. I became all encompassed that real estate has always been a long-standing necessity as well as a reliable long-term investment and wanted to empower myself as well as others to use real estate as a vehicle to invest.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY?
I'm just getting started on my real estate journey but hope to buy my own multi-family property in the city in the next couple of years and show others how to do this.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO REAL ESTATE, DOES ANYTHING FROM YOUR PREVIOUS JOB HELP YOU AS AN AGENT?
I currently work as a full-time partnerships manager at a financial technology company that helps small businesses expand globally by offering financial services. Through this, I've learned how to sell our product to potential buyers, negotiate large deals, and project manage tight timelines to ensure the best outcome for our team.

WHAT MOST EXCITES YOU ABOUT YOUR WORK?
My favorite thing about work is socializing with others and figuring out together how to solve their problems! One of the main reasons I got into real estate was that I wanted to help and educate others while they were making one of the first most significant purchases and investments in their life. I want to be there for my clients during these times and get to know the ins and outs of what motivates them as well!

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT FROM OTHER AGENTS?
I spent years reviewing the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) programs in search of a home for myself in one of those programs. I familiarized myself with each one of these programs and want to help others succeed in looking for one of these homes.

I am an avid sports enthusiast and have different hobbies for every season. In the winter, I love to ski/snowboard, spring is for road cycling, summer is for backpacking/camping, and fall is for tennis!
WHERE HAVE YOU LIVED? AND WHERE DO YOU LIVE NOW?
I grew up local to the Bay Area in the suburbs of Pleasant Hill and then made my way down to UC Santa Barbara for university to study finance and entrepreneurship. After moving back up to the Bay to San Francisco, I spent two years in New York. Though I loved the food and culture of New York, the winters got to me! I now reside in Russian Hill in the Marina with my fiancée, where we practice our Cantonese from time to time.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN A NEIGHBORHOOD?
Walkability, access to good food, and accessibility to parks or nature are my three must-haves in a neighborhood!
WHAT BAY AREA CITY WOULD YOU LIKE TO LIVE IN AND WHY?
My heart is still in the East Bay for the amazing weather, school system, and accessibility to the great outdoors.
WHAT ARE THE FIVE THINGS YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT?
Tennis balls, tennis rackets, tennis courts, tennis partners, and of course, a good home-cooked meal!
WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?
At home spending quality time with my fiancée and enjoying outdoor activities like tennis, hiking, or exploring the city.

Someday I'd like to hike the Himalayan mountains!
