TELL US ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE. WHY DID YOU BECOME A REAL ESTATE AGENT?
Growing up with a father in the industry, I saw firsthand the dedication it takes to be successful. His career inspired me to build my own business, one that balances the social side of real estate with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
I started attending industry events and realized I was really drawn to how vast the real estate world is and how many different directions you can take within it. Before becoming an agent, I spent a lot of time exploring specialized property types and niche investment strategies that often get overlooked. I wanted to understand the parts of the industry that people don't usually focus on so I can offer a more well rounded perspective.
How long have you been in the real estate industry?
I officially earned my license at 18, but I've been immersed in the industry my entire life through my fathers career.
Do you have any notable achievements?
At 18, I earned my license while managing college and extracurriculars. That balance required a level of discipline I now bring to Sequoia. Though I’m just starting to build my sales volume, I’m confident my background and drive will produce great results for my clients soon.
If you are new to real estate, does anything from your previous job help you as an agent?
Working in the food industry taught me the value of building genuine connections. I quickly realized that engaging with people made the work more rewarding and impacted my success.
Which areas do you focus on?
While I'm open to helping all buyers and sellers, I'm putting a specific focus on the rental and apartment markets. These are areas that many agents overlook because they are seen as less profitable, but I see a big opportunity to provide value where others don't.
Do you specialize in a specific city or cities?
I grew up in San Francisco and know the neighborhoods of SF very well. Now living in San Jose I've expanded my expertise into the South Bay. This allows me to help clients across both markets and support anyone moving between the two.
What most excites you about your work?
What excites me most is the opportunity to build genuine connections and support people through a major chapter in their lives.
What are three words your clients would use to describe you?
Proactive, Reliable, Committed.
Why choose you vs. another agent?
I am incredibly accessible and easy to work with. While some agents are often hard to reach, I offer an experience where I'm always available to answer questions and provide updates in real time.
Describe your involvement with any organizations
I have a long standing commitment to community service, founding Key Clubs at two different high schools to give students opportunities for volunteering and community. I have experience on basketball and dragon boat teams which gave me a strong sense of teamwork.
What are the five things you cannot live without?
I cannot live without Mexican food, music, family, friends, phone.
Who inspires you and why?
My parents are both my inspirations in different ways. My aspire to be like my father because of how hardworking and likeable he is and I aspire to be like my mother because of how caring and patient she is no matter what.
