I first began my career in San Francisco's real estate industry as a Title & Escrow Field Representative pounding the pavement & opening doors to new business making my annual sales quota in 7 months, before venturing into the next 7 years in new condo development home financing, I also specialized in credit repairs.
Also license in Insurance Property & Casualty, Life, Health & Disability, I am well-versed in all avenues of real estate, and I am passionate about educating the first time home buyers the importance of homeownership and generational wealth to helping the savviest of investors to continue to build wealth to their real estate portfolio, to assisting property owners in marketing their properties to obtain qualified tenants.
Personally, I love all things San Francisco! Especially our City's year-round perfect weather, different neighborhoods, diverse cultural cuisines, world-renowned landmarks, natural scenic beauty, and its unique architecture from years past to today's modern as a Glen Park 4th generation resident San Francisco is truly home sweet home and where the heart is.

Unfortunately no other languages except for the common, proper courteous words ok & a few swear words in a few different languages & to order off a menu.
What do you look for in a neighborhood?
Curbside appeal/upkeep, walk score, City/bridge/Bay views, public transportation, freeway access, restaurants, coffee shops, noise levels, no homeless, clean streets, entertainment, walk/bike paths/parks, parking.
What Bay Area city would you like to live in and why?
San Francisco where I already live & love for the year round perfect weather, world famous iconic landmarks/natural beauty/different cultural restaurants from hole in the walls to Michelin rated.
Burlingame, San Carlos, Palo Alto - warmer weather & yet close to the City & Monterey & no bridge to cross.
What are the five things you cannot live without?

Where can we find you when you're not working?
At home, or walking Ocean Beach from one end to the other or walking around the City, happy hour drinking & dining, or drive to a neighboring town for nicer weather to walk around or try their restaurants/cocktail lounge/bars I love to walk & am a big foodie & last but not least the gym.
What is one of your dream vacations?
All expenses paid 7-10 day stay in a 5 star hotel suite in NYC w/City views, car service & paid Broadway tix & dining out in all of the top rated restaurants, bars, walking, shopping, sight seeing, same goes with Mexico City, Rome/Milan/Venice, Barcelona, Paris, Dublin, Dubai, Istanbul, Singapore, Toronto, Athens/Santorini - am I there yet?
What would you say to a 5- year-old child if he or she asked you what the purpose of life is?
Come on I'll show you & take them out for a walk to all of the fun spots & to talk to have the child let me know what they think the purpose of life is?
What was the happiest moment in your life?
The birth of my two kids & losing all of that baby fat shortly there after & fitting into my smallest sized pair of jeans.
If you could be any animal, what would it be and why?
A well loved taken care of house cat......they're the coolest self sufficient, smart & crazy animals & have 9 lives.
Or an elephant in a protected habitat as they have an excellent memory, love their family/pack & mourn the loss of their loved ones.
Who inspires you and why?
First my parents who raised us right, my generation the crazy 80s, my friends, my kids, my colleagues, self-made mill/billionaires who are humble geniuses & good-hearted.
Which sitcom character do you relate to most?
A little bit of each of the main 4 fem stars from Sex & the City mainly Carrie Bradshaw her love for clothes & shoes!
What is the nicest thing anyone ever said to you?
I could make a Buddhist Monk out of deep meditation & make them want to party & change a few of their beliefs!
What is your pet peeve?
People who have false sense of self-entitlement, the City's homeless, dirty trashed, pot -holed streets, Slow Streets, racing bicyclists who think they own the road, non-courteous drivers, Lyft/Uber rate$$$$, the current economy, greed & liars.
