My wife and I recently bought a home and had a great experience with our realtor. However, throughout the process, I couldn’t help but feel like I wanted to be in the agent’s seat—to negotiate and see the transaction through. This, along with my interest in real estate investing, compelled me to get my own license.
I’ve worked in real estate-adjacent industries, such as construction, engineering consulting, and contech/proptech startups, throughout my career. I've been active in this space since 2014.
I love working with first-time homebuyers and investors. Ask me about single-family residential and multi-family properties.
I get excited when I can approach real estate through a creative lens, whether that’s with financing or helping clients find properties they can transform into their dream homes.
I only put in offers my clients feel 100% comfortable with, both in terms of price and frequency. I understand that most people are busy, so I’m available evenings and weekends. Whether you have 1 hour or 10 per week to dedicate to home buying, I’ll make sure our time together is productive.
I am a member of SPIRE, Stanford’s largest alumni association, which includes members with careers in placemaking and the broader built environment. I’m also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts worldwide. Through ULI, I am a 2024/25 cohort member of the Development 360 Program, a professional development program providing an overview of the real estate development process.
I moved to the Bay Area in 2019 to start my career in consulting. I later moved to working at startups focusing on the construction and real estate space. I decided to step away from work and pursue graduate studies full-time. I got my degree at Stanford in Sustainable Design and Construction.
I’ve lived all over the Bay, including San Francisco, Palo Alto, Livermore, and Los Gatos, which is where I currently reside.
Pacifica! Pacifica is “affordable,” surrounded by beautiful seascape, and has access to both the North and South Bay.
You can find me at San Jose Astronomical Association (SJAA) meetings, at the gym, or my boxing club!
Spending several months in one place to really learn the culture and live like a local as much as I can.
To find meaning in everything you do.
