My journey into real estate has been both exciting and fulfilling. With over 25 years in the beauty and sales industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of customer service and sales dynamics.
My move to real estate is a natural extension of my passion for creating spaces where people feel truly at home. My career in beauty taught me the importance of understanding clients' needs and delivering exceptional service—skills that are directly transferable to real estate.
Can you share any significant accomplishments, awards, or notable sales figures?
Achieving Best Sales honors eight times, joining the President’s Club, and later the Chairman’s Club with $1 million in sales, as well as being a Global Top Sales for SK-II, has shaped my professional journey.
If you are new to real estate, does anything from your previous job help you as an agent?
I have 25+ years of experience in customers service working in Saks Fifth Ave and Bloomingdale’s as a Brand Manager & Stylist.
Experienced with CRM analyzing, utilizing the Global Counter System from Proctor & Gamble, SK-II. Building relationships with customers and maintaining them.
What most excites you about your work?
Meeting new people, facing new challenges and helping others including myself to achieve their dreams and goals.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT FROM OTHER AGENTS?
I am driven to help others find and create their ideal home. This personal motivation fuels my commitment to guiding clients through the real estate process with care and expertise.
Describe your involvement with any organizations?
I am part of the School Site Council and PTA at George Moscone Elementary School. I help organize school site fundraising events, yearly family picnics & weekly parents club meetings. We have monthly Council meetings with school staff and parents on the board to discuss budgets, any new software & school site updates.
Where do you live now, and where have you lived? What did you study? Do you speak another language?
I’ve lived in Richmond District, SF Chinatown, East Bay Richmond City, Potrero Hills, and Excelsior.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I’m well-equipped to assist a diverse range of clients.
What do you look for in a neighborhood?
When choosing a neighborhood I consider safety, school quality, and commute options. I look at amenities like grocery stores and parks, and assess the community atmosphere and local events. To ensure the cost of living fits my budget, and check for noise levels and cleanliness.
I look for future developments and make sure the neighborhood aligns with my lifestyle and values. Walkability and the availability of local services are also important for convenience and quality of life.
What Bay Area city would you like to live in and why?
I would like to live in San Francisco - Noe Valley, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and excellent schools. The neighborhood boasts a quaint, village-like charm with tree-lined streets and historic Victorian homes. Its low-rise buildings contribute to a more intimate, cozy atmosphere compared to other parts of San Francisco.
What are the five things you cannot live without?
Family, friends, money, food and my skincare.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
When I’m not working you will find me volunteering at my children’s school. I love checking out beauty products, playing Pickle Ball with my family at the park or strolling into another coffee shop for a Latte.
Who inspires you and why?
My parents inspire me because of their unwavering support and resilience. They’ve taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and kindness. Their dedication and perseverance in overcoming challenges motivate me to strive for my best and to approach life with a positive and determined attitude.
What is your favorite month of the year?
Favorite month of the year is December. It’s a month of celebration, gathering and giving thanks to our love ones.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ROOM IN THE HOUSE?
The kitchen is my favorite room. This is where I find my creativity, imagination and Zen.
