I moved to the Bay Area in 1988, where I got my feet wet in a sales career at PacBell/AT&T. I continued with my sales career at companies like AT&T, Sprint, Linear Technology (a semi-conductor company), and Cogent Communications.

I found that my educational background in electrical engineering complemented negotiations skills garnered from my sales career. I’ve worked with a diverse array of buyers, sellers, and investors, often conducting transactions in Cantonese and Mandarin.

I believe in investing in my sellers’ success by helping them update their homes to get top dollar prices, so I offer free staging. Given my extensive experience in investment properties, I know how to make a listing shine with the buyer’s interests in mind.

Being able to help people fulfill their dreams and achieve their lifestyles.

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?

During my downtime, you can find me teeing off at Harding Park or cheering on my sons’ baseball and basketball teams from the sidelines. I spend a lot of time investing in my boys’ education by volunteering at their schools. You might also find me volunteering at the Excelsior Kitchen.

WHAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO GIVE UP?

It would be impossible for me to give up my family and the opportunity to watch my kids grow.

WHAT MAGICAL POWER WOULD YOU WANT TO HAVE?

I would love to be able to fly, so that I could visit all the places in the world.

WHAT WAS THE HAPPIEST MOMENT IN YOUR LIFE?

The happiest moments in my life so far were being there during the birth of my three sons, Jordan (17), Simon (15), and Lucas (12). Okay, I wouldn’t say happiest, but that amazing feeling is almost indescribable.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOBBY?

It’s a toss up between golf and basketball.
