Born in Hawaii and raised in the Bay Area, Tiana Bullock brings a deep appreciation for the diversity, culture, and communities that make the region unique. Growing up in a single-parent household, she developed a strong sense of independence, resilience, and determination at an early age, qualities that continue to shape both her work ethic and approach to real estate.
With experience across residential leasing and sales, Tiana has built a strong foundation in client relations, transaction management, and local market knowledge. Known for her personable approach and strong communication skills, she works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors to help navigate each transaction with confidence and clarity. Her hands-on experience managing transactions from start to finish allows her to provide a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach tailored to each client’s goals.
In addition to her work in real estate, Tiana previously served on the board of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Greater East Bay Chapter, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership within the AAPI community. Her involvement reflected her passion for community engagement and expanding access to homeownership opportunities throughout the Bay Area.
