It was when I first thought about buying my 1st house. Every weekend was spent at open houses. When I finally closed on my first home, the feeling of absolute joy and happiness of being a homeowner made me realize that I truly enjoyed going through the process. I thought to myself how great it would be to assist others in becoming homeowners. I got my license & 6 months after, I made the switch from my IT to real estate.
Responsive, aggressive, and trustworthy.
When I close on a transaction where my clients are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. It’s all about client satisfaction. I have fun meeting new people on a consistent basis and building those relationships on a personal and business level.
Spending time with our kids–they grow up way too fast! I consider myself a pretty big sports guy, but these days, golf is the only sport I play.
Besides my family, it’s the Internet. I can live without a TV but wouldn’t know what to do if we didn’t have Internet.
I’m an outgoing person who enjoys meeting great people on a consistent basis. It’s one of the main reasons for my career change. I traded hours daily staring at a computer to meet and build relationships with those I meet. It wasn’t a difficult decision.
I’m fortunate to be a San Francisco resident. I spent almost my entire life here, and it’s where most of my families call home. It’s a unique, diverse and beautiful city with so many great little neighborhoods that are so different from one another. Plus, you can’t beat the endless variety of food to choose from.
I have two. First, the kitchen–it’s where we spend a lot of family time together. Second, the master suite – a master fully equipped with a spa-like bathroom and a huge walk-in closet is an essential retreat.
Having grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area during the infamous “dot-com era,” it was only natural that my career would start in the technology industry. While I enjoyed my time in the industry as a Network Administrator, I felt like something was missing. It was in 2003 when my interest in the real estate market began. During that time, I was a buyer looking to purchase my first home. While the process was at times overwhelming and stressful, it was the excitement and joy I felt when finally securing my first home, which led me to seriously consider a career change. In 2004, I made the decision to exit the technology industry and dedicate my focus towards being a full-time Real Estate Agent. Since then, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience under the guidance and mentoring of successful Real Estate Agents, and witnessed the highs and lows of the Bay Area real estate market. Through these experiences, it has provided me with a solid foundation to assist my clients in making one of their biggest financial decisions. I am dedicated to establishing long-term relationships with my clients and colleagues, and take pride in representation based on integrity, honesty, and trust. My service does not end after the transaction closes; I have the skillset to provide my clients with a variety of real estate services. I have worked with investors managing construction projects involving complete demolition and rebuild from the architectural design process, through completion and disposition of the asset. As an owner of investment property in San Francisco, I fully understand the challenges of restrictions imposed under the rent control ordinance, and can help prospective buyers identify potential risks and opportunities.
I currently reside in San Francisco with my wife, and two children. When I am not traveling to Disneyland or exploring the city with my family, I enjoy playing golf, and rooting for my local sports teams.
