Bianca entered the real estate industry with a unique blend of people skills gained from her experience as a caregiver, nanny, and customer service associate. She brings an essential touch of compassion to the high-stakes world of real estate, understanding the emotional significance behind each transaction. Bianca grew up in a Victorian home in the South Bay, inherited from her great-grandmother. Today, she resides in Hayward, balancing her promising career with aspirations for law school. Her driving inspiration is her late grandmother, who taught her to chase her dreams without fear.
DOES ANYTHING FROM YOUR PREVIOUS JOB HELP YOU AS AN AGENT?
I was a caregiver and nanny for 4 years. That being said, I worked for many families that were very successful. I also worked customer service, at a restaurant that gave me all the customer service experience one can need. I have been around so many walks of life that I can relate to any person I come across, even in the smallest way. To be able to relate to others is without a doubt a huge part of this work.
WHAT DO YOU OFFER THAT OTHER AGENTS DON’T?
I have a genuine desire to see others succeed and I strive to impact every person I come across, from the smallest to biggest interactions. Buying Real estate is the biggest purchase one will make in their life time. There’s many reasons, fortunately and unfortunately that bring people to buy and sell Real Estate. Everyone needs someone with compassion during this experience. I’m that person.
WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU WHEN YOU’RE NOT WORKING?
On my free time, I love exploring the Bay Area as I never had the chance to growing up. You can find me at an ocean view, enjoying good food by our local businesses. On a night in type of day, I will be enjoying takeout, watching movies, and hanging out with my spoiled cats.
WHO INSPIRES YOU AND WHY?
My late grandmother inspired me in all areas of my life. I had the biggest aspirations growing up, she would always say they were achievable as long as I put in the work. She made me feel my goals were never out of reach. She would’ve loved to see me doing what I am now, especially in a position where I’m able to spread light and knowledge onto others.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ROOM IN THE HOUSE?
My favorite room in the house is the kitchen! I love to cook and bake.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MONTH OF THE YEAR AND WHY?
November is my favorite month, when it gets dark early and fall is present!
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO A 5-YEAR-OLD CHILD IF HE OR SHE ASKED YOU WHAT THE PURPOSE OF LIFE IS?
As someone who’s taken care of babies and children, I would tell a 5 year old that the purpose of life is to do right by others and yourself. Find your purpose and go all out in it. Do not allow the insecurity of others to downplay your dreams.
WHAT BAY AREA CITY WOULD YOU LIKE TO LIVE IN AND WHY?
I can see myself living in Pacifica for a while, In the future. I feel no other city in the Bay at Area can match the weather all year round!
